How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed depending on availability and product. Items in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours. For our custom products which are made to order, shipment takes 1-2 weeks.

I want my accessories to match the color and theme of my event. How do I place a custom order?

Customizations are what we do best at Creative Touch! To ensure that we keep this process alive in our online store, we created the :: Custom Order :: feature to help not only brides but any of our online customers to get the exact details they need to complete their event. Just head over to the page and fill out the form and we’ll make sure to respond to your request in a timely manner!

My event is coming up soon! Is there a way to expedite a custom order?

Our custom orders usually take 1-2 weeks for shipment. In the case where an event is fast approaching, we will be happy to make your expedited order if all the materials are in stock and available. Please contact us either by e-mail or phone to make sure we can deliver on time.

Do you ship international orders?

Yes! CreativeTouchDecor.com ships internationally. Feel free to contact us by e-mail if you have any questions.

Where do your products ship from?

All our products are shipped from our showroom in Glendale, California.

If I place an order online, can I pick it up from your showroom if I live nearby?

Of course! Just make sure to call us to set an appointment.

We want to see your products in person. Do you have any other locations?

Our showroom is located in Glendale, California and is available by appointment only. Shoot us an e-mail or call us and we would be happy to set an appointment for you!

RETURN POLICY 

Wedding Accessories, Baby and Custom Orders

At Creative Touch, each piece is delicately handmade for every order. From hand-dyed silks to custom made Creative Touch Swarovski crystal brooches, slight variations in the materials and designs are to be expected and add to the custom nature of all of Creative Touch’s signature products. Please note that due to the hand-made nature of our products, no two pieces are ever alike, ensuring the customer that their purchases are always one-of-a-kind. Since each item is individually created for the customer once an order is made, there are no returns or exchanges and all sales are deemed final. Please take time to review your order before purchase.

Lingerie

Due to the intimate nature of the product, all panties are final sale and exchanges are only available for bras to ensure the customer gets the perfect fit. If you live in the Los Angeles area and would like to see our lingerie in person, feel free to give us a call and visit our showroom at 818-246-4037. We are available to answer any questions you may have to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. 

SHIPPING & RATES 

Most of Creative Touch’s in-stock items ship within 48 hours of ordering unless the item may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. Should any other unexpected delay occur, you will be informed within 10 days of placing your order. Please note that custom orders take 1-2 weeks for shipment. Creative Touch does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays and expedited orders will not be delivered on weekends or holidays. If you have any questions about your order, feel free tocontact us and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have!

Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping and handling charges are calculated in your shopping cart during check out. Shipping charges vary for non USA delivery. View our international shipping information.

Currency

All prices are default in US Dollars (USD).

International Shipping

All of Creative Touch’s orders are shipped either via UPS or USPS international service. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed in the shopping cart during checkout. Any additional duties or taxes that may be assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer and will be due on delivery.

Delivery

Most of Creative Touch’s orders are generally received in customs within 4-7 business days of the ship date. The amount of time your order is in customs will vary. Costs assessed in customs are based on duties, taxes, import, and brokerage. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. Delivery will be made by your local postal service or via UPS, depending upon your order. We will contact you with any order changes in the case where an item is unavailable for export.
